V-BANK Compact Filter
The V-BANK Compact Filter is an extended-surface chemical filter that uses high-quality granular activated carbon (GAC), specialized chemical filtration media, or ion-exchange resin as high-efficiency filtration media, efficiently removing VOCs, odors, acidic gases, and alkaline gases in various commercial and industrial scenarios.To meet the stringent operating condition requirements of current complex air filtration systems, the V-BANK Chemical Filter is available in three standard sizes and two media loading levels: standard capacity and high capacity.

TheOdor & Particulate Filter(OPF)combines gaseous contaminant and odor adsorption with particulate filtration performance, achieving low airflow resistance and high gaseous odor capture efficiency.The filtration media uses granular activated carbon and potassium permanganate-impregnated activated alumina, uniformly adhered to high-efficiency polyester media, with an optional loading capacity of 250–800 g/m².The high-CTC carbon particles and activated alumina are mixed at a 50:50 ratio, with 8% potassium permanganate added, providing a specific surface area of nearly 500,000 m² per pound of mixture. The upstream layer achieves 70% filtration efficiency for 3–10 μm dust particles, while the downstream deodorization layer is impregnated with specialized chemical filtration media, effectively absorbing VOCs and malodorous odors.
PM12 Packing Module
The PM12 Packing Module adopts a disposable plastic shell or a reusable stainless steel shell, adopts a V-shaped structure design, has a molecular media bed thickness of 75mm, and has a design wind speed of 1.25 m/s. The filter is suitable for various application environments, is convenient for daily maintenance and replacement, can be pre-installed with filter materials according to requirements, or can be added or replaced with filter materials through a sealing cover, and can be filled with filter materials with various functions according to different user requirements. The PM18 Packing Module features a disposable plastic housing or reusable stainless steel housing, with a V-shaped structure design, a molecular media bed thickness of 25 mm, and a design face velocity of 2.5 m/s.
