They are then delivered to the EcoKeeper Laboratory for examination and analysis of the type and quantity of corrosion films formed on coupon surfaces. Corrosion classification and risk assessment are conducted in accordance with the ANSI/ISA‑71.04‑2013 standard.

The Corrosion Classification Coupon‑Pro  (CCC-Pro)measures corrosion buildup on copper and silver coupons, while logging ambient temperature and relative humidity. It outputs industry‑compliant corrosion severity levels and identifies pollutant types.
After 30‑day on‑site exposure, the coupons are returned to the Ecokeeper laboratory. The Coulometric Reduction method is used to identify the types and thickness of corrosion deposits. Corrosion reaction rates are calculated based on exposure duration, and a comprehensive online test report is generated. Passive Diffusion Sampler (PDS)
The Passive Diffusion Sampler (PDS) is a circular diffusion sampler injection‑molded from polypropylene. It is loaded with target‑gas adsorbents for measuring gaseous chemical contaminants in ambient air.
Engineered to achieve a higher uptake rate than passive diffusion tubes, this sampler significantly shortens the sampling cycle and is suitable for short‑term continuous sampling over 1‑7 days. It can sample gaseous pollutants in both indoor and outdoor environments. It can also be effectively used as a personal sampler for occupational health and safety monitoring in workplaces and public and community settings.
Passive Diffusion Tube (PDT)
Passive Diffusion Tubes (PDT) are widely used for long‑term sampling and analysis of indoor and outdoor air quality. Mounted at designated monitoring locations for 2‑4 weeks, the tubes continuously capture low‑level pollutants at parts‑per‑trillion (ppt) concentrations.
Pollutants that can be monitored, sampled and analyzed by PDT include: Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), ozone (O₃), ammonia (NH₃), sulfur dioxide (SO₂), formaldehyde (HCHO), acid gases, and BTEX (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes).
Passive Diffusion Membrane Sampler(PDMS)
The PDMS passive filter membrane sampler is a kind of passive air sampling device., and the main body is made of Polypropylene polymer material by injection molding. The core of the device consists of a sampling vessel bracket, a filter membrane fixing outer frame, fastening screws, a sampling vessel and a sealing washer. The inner diameter of the fixing outer frame is 70 mm, which can be adapted to the standard glass fiber filter membrane to ensure the smooth installation and good sealing of the filter membrane.
PDMS is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with GB/T 10593. 5-2025 "Methods of Measurement of Environmental Parameters of Electric and Electronic Products Part 5: Corrosive Gases", and is specially used for off-line passive filter membrane sampling of sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, ammonia and other corrosive gases in the storage, transportation and use of electric and electronic products.
